Cancellation policy and no show 

We accept cancellations up to 72 hours in advance for low season - march 1st to december 15th (except for holiday packages), 15 days for high season and holiday packages (except for Réveillon and Carnival) and 30 days in advance for Réveillon and Carnival packages, charge of 20% fee. Cancelations after these periods in advance are fully charged.

No refund for leaving before schedule date in any package*.

No show is considered all guests who are not present at the scheduled date.  The reservation will be kept for 24 hs. After that reservation will be cancelled and totaly charged.

Cancellations must be received according to this policy through signed doc, by fax, mail or email.
